Brianna was terrific! The whole staff was very courteous and friendly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Really very thorough explanation of their facility and very focused on customer service. This location also has convenient hours for access. Our move was made much less stressful with their help. All moving is stressful but I admit their friendly attitude and great personalities helped without it being asked of them. Thank you guys! Couldn't have gotten through it without you! :)

Easy website for finding a facility, viewing storage spaces and signing up. Then move in date was very well handled by staff. A nice welcome, help with paperwork, accompanied walk to space with complete instructions to get to space. Very impressed with how efficient my visit was by the staff. Great Job Jessica and Andre!

on numerous occasions i've been to or driven by the morganville location to find the security gate wide open after hours and it has very poor exterior lighting. this raises a safety concern for not just me, but for others as well and should be addressed immediately. thank you
